Journal Prompt:  Contemplate and write about this verse. “Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.” This is one of the few verses in the Old Testament about the afterlife.

Daniel 11: Darius the Mede was king. The kingdom of Greece is broken up and scattered in the four directions on earth.

Daniel 12: Michael, the archangel is the great prince in charge of the Jews.
