Answers:

Hosea 3:  God commands Hosea to reconcile with his wife, Gomer, who had been unfaithful to him.  He was to love her.

Hosea 4:  The Lord condemns Israel for being unfaithful, for cursing, for rejecting him, for rejecting knowledge. He specifically condems priests who did not follow the Lord.
