Answers:
1 Samuel 28: The Philistine commanders told the king, Achish, that they did not trust David in going to battle with them as he was a Hebrew. So Achish fired David.
1 Samuel 29: When David and his men returned to Ziklag, where their homes were, they found it burned and their wives and property was taken by the Amalekites. So when an Egyptian servan to the Amelikites told them what happened and where the Amalekites had gone, David caught up with them, defeated them and regained all of their wives and possessions in addition to the plunder. David made a statute that all soliders in the army – both those on the front lines and those staying behind with the luggage would share equally in any plunder taken during battle. David sent some of the plunder to his friends and certain elders in Judah.
Acts 13: They were worshiping and fasting when they received instruction from the Holy Spirit.
When the Gentiles heard Paul’s sermon, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.
