Journal Prompt:  Who in your circle is bearing a burden?  How can you help them bear their burden?

Answers:

Esther 9: She then asked for an additional day for the Jews to kill their enemies and for the sons of Haman to be hanged. The Jewish people killed 826 in Susa and 75,000 total.  (But no plunder was taken – hmmm?)

Purim: a celebration on the 14th and 15th day of Adar remembering the event when mourning was turned to gladness – giving gifts of food to one another and providing for the poor.

Esther 10:  Mordecai was the second highest authority in the kingdom – only King Ahasuerus was above him.

Galatians 6:  You fulfill the law of Christ when you bear one another’s burdens
