Doubters are welcome at Second Union. Pastor Bob delivers a sermon from John 20:19-29; the passage where one of the twelve disciples doubts the word of the disciples. We, like Thomas, should not be ashamed of the doubts we have with regard to our Christian walk; nor should we hide them. Rather, we should address our doubts within our community of faith and through that process, we can come to a greater faith, much the way Thomas did how issued the greatest statement of faith . . . “My Lord and My God.” May your honest doubt and desire to understand Jesus more fully bring you to a greater and more profound faith.
