One of the most important words in the Bible is repentance. In Luke 13:1-9, Jesus makes this crystal clear, for those who do not repent “will surely perish.” The parable of the unfruitful fig tree reminds us that we are given many chances to repent and for our lives to demonstrate that through real transformation.
