Journal Prompt: In Revelation 16, even after the plagues, the people refuse to repent and glorify God. Why do you think that is? Do you repent of your sins and glorify God?
Answers:
Jeremiah 39: Zedekiah did not heed the words of Jeremiah. Therefore, his sons were killed before his eyes and then his eyes were put out. He was carried off in fetters to Babylon.
The poor were left in the land and given vineyards and fields.
Jeremiah was released from his chains to dwell freely with the people.
Jeremiah 40: Gedaliah was put in charge over the remnant of Judah.
Revelation 16: Even after the fourth plague, men still will not repent and give glory to God. Their hearts are so hard.
