Galatians 6:  What should we do if someone is caught in sin? How are we to use our freedom?

Journal Prompt:  How do you walk by the Spirit?  Are you walking with the Spirit?

ANSWERS

Exodus 4:  God gave Moses the power to turn his staff into a snake – this was to be used if Pharaoh did not believe him.  H was also given the power to turn the water from the Nile into blood and to bring about and heal leprosy.  Apparently Moses wasn’t circumcised because he was brought up as an Egyptian – and had never taken this step.

Exodus 5: Pharaoh refused to let the people go and he made their work even harder by not providing them with straw to make bricks – they had to find it for themselves yet produce the same quantity of bricks.

Exodus 6: The people didn’t listen to God’s promises because they were discouraged by their hard labor.

Galatians 6:  We are to gently restore a brother or sister caught in sin.  We are to use our freedom by serving one another humbly in love.
