Answers:

Isaiah 49: The Gentiles would be His children and worship God as Israel had at one time (vs. 22-23).

Hebrews 13: The sacrifice of prayer, praise, of doing good works, and giving thanks. These are offerings that please God.

God makes us fully ready for every good work and His will through His Spirit. He chastens us to correct us and reveals His wisdom when we seek it.
