Answers:

Isaiah 46: God promised that He will place His salvation in Jerusalem

Hebrews 10:  We no longer have to sacrifice animals which bring death but enter the presence of God spiritually through the sacrifice of Jesus which brings life.

There is a fearful and dreadful punishment awaiting those who draw back. They will not receive the promise of eternal life.
