Joshua 21: The Levites received cities, including cities of refuge, with their surround land for the livestock to graze.
Joshua 22: the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh were allowed to return to their land on the eastern side of the Jordan. This was the land they had asked Moses for and which they had been granted with the provision that they would assist the other tribes in conquering their lands.
John 14: Thomas asked Jesus to show him the father so that he could believe. Jesus says I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. Twice He tells the disciples that he will send them the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will help them remember his teachings and guide them. He also says he will leave them with his peace. He tells the disciples they will be able to accomplish things even greater than the things He has accomplished.
