2 Chronicles 8-10
For all of the wisdom that Solomon had collected and apparently passed on to his son, it’s hard to imagine Rehoboam’s foolishness. Both in yesterday’s chapters in 1 Kings and today’s chapters in 2 Chronicles, we read about the division of the kingdom of Israel. Though we can’t put the blame on anyone’s shoulders, who bears responsibility and why?
