1 Kings 15:25-16:34; 2 Chronicles 17
There isn’t a lot to cheer about in Israel. Today we read about a string of kings who had no fear of the Lord. On the other hand, Judah remains focused on God (at least for now).
Note verse 17:5 from 2nd Chronicles. Who established the kingdom? I see an interesting parallel when considering 2 Chronicles 3:17.
In 2 Chronicles 17 we also read about a cadre of teaching priests. What was the result of their itinerant preaching? (verse 10)
